I received excellent service from Tasmia today. She was very helpful and handled everything efficiently, all while keeping a lovely smile on her face. Her positive attitude made my day! thank you.

I went in with a connection problem, and Kirsty was very helpful and patient.

Had first class service from this store (even though I was u aware of its being there) had a problem with phone Vodafone told.me to take it in to branch which I did and was greeted and helped by Tommy who was very approachable. Knowledgeable and very attentive. Explained we needed to send the phone away to be fixed and any more issues when the phone came back to me pop in. Phone was returned within 6 days all shining a new, I had a query about an issue with the phone so went back and dealt with Tommy again ended up leaving with a new IPhone 15 max pro for my 13year old process was simple he did everything even helped me move it from an alternative provider. Whilst discussing this I mentioned I wasn't happy with my handset (samsung fold .... think carefully about buying one) he went through all my options and the best deals available to me and I ended up leaving with my shiny new handset. With this in mind I felt I took a lot of time up with the process but I never once felt rushed or pressured Into making a decision. We even spoke about updating my tablet, which will definitely be the next on the list. All the staff I have encountered at the Halifax Branch have been immaculate, polite, friendly and very approachable. As I had dealing more with Tommy I can honestly say he is a credit to the Vodafone corporation.v My only issue is and I assume this is a general issue I would have preferred a direct line to Halifax Store as I appreciate the personal touch. I have a few issues I need resolving which I am having to go in to branch but I feel this could be resolved with a call or even a branch general WhatsApp message number. Thank you again for a great service.

Highly do not recommend tried to set up was told 2 weeks it’s been almost a month now and only today I got told I would be delayed a further 3 days I called to cancel and they tell me they can’t over she phone and i need to go to the showroom to do so

We've been coming to this branch for years, and we travel from lancashire to this Vodafone branch in Halifax because of the service we always get from these guys. World class can't fault them. They are our goto shop for upgrades and new devices, we don't go anywhere else, nothing ever too much trouble. Highly recommended.
