Moved into the area and needed somewhere to store our belongings. We have found the staff very helpful and welcoming,moving house can be stressful and they definitely made us feel relaxed. 24 hour access,we have ground floor space and it's working well for us.

Secure, clean, efficient storage facility. Great customer service, Benn was a pleasure to deal with and was always very understanding and helpful with any questions. Very reasonable rates too. We will definitely be back here next time we need storage in the area. Thank you

Used to be a good company to deal with but god help you if you get ill - miss a payment and 'new policy' from Head Office means you are straight onto threats, an emptied locker and losing all your goods. REALLY helpful if your illness is stress-related.In winter the damp / moisture problem was so bad people could write their name with their fingers onto the outside of the locker doors. I out 6 damp traps in my locker - all were completely filled within a couple of weeks. I was paying £100+ per month to try avoid that kind of thing. There's loads of alternatives out there, give them a try first.
