Tennants Auctioneers in Leyburn is always a pleasure to visit. The whole place runs with impressive efficiency, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. There’s plenty of parking, which makes popping in really easy, and the café is excellent — great food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere to round off the visit. Highly recommended!

Went to the Christmas wonderland today, beautifully decorated and set up. It was busy but stopping off for a coffee helped and the waiting time wasn’t too bad considering how busy it actually was. Lunch in the bistro was the best Christmas dinner I have had and we had left overs there was that much! Staff go above and beyond for you, nothing is too much trouble for them. Definitely worth dropping by, even just for a look around. We go every year and it gets better every time. Well Done to tennents and their staff.

Fantastic auction house which is more much than this as it houses multiple auction rooms along with collections of items, a cafe and bistro, a shop plus much much more. The items contained in the auctions are excellent quality and often great value for money. My friends and I had a great morning out in both auction rooms and a really inexpensive breakfast in the cafe. The place was full and busy with lots of people.

Just had a wonderful Christmas meal with the family. Food was exceptional and the staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again.

Excellent location with good staff members if you whish for a nice lunch or attend an event. Auctions not so much, lotting can be variable, particularly on Toys and Models with some discrepancies or inaccuracies in descriptions and just ignore the estimates. Very high changes for buyers at 24% plus VAT with on-line bids can make this even higher.
