LMDC Espresso Bar

Walked in to be sat on dirty table, cleared promptly though. Took a while to take our order as it was very busy. However, sat and watched many people come and go and our order did not arrive. We were aware it was busy so we did wait patiently without bothering the staff... this perhaps was a mistake, but not one member of staff came up to us to ask if we were okay or if we needed anything. After 25mins of waiting we decided to leave. On our way out a member of staff thanked us! When we responded we had not been served another member of staff shouted across the cafe that people order at the counter, insinuating we had sat without ordering! We had our order taken from the table? The server confirmed this. We were just told we have been busy, which we were aware but no apology and a rude response blaming us was not helpful. Will not be going again. Rude staff. Very disappointing.

Luckily I discovered this coffee shop the first day of our stay. We were gonna go to an other place however staying and waiting in the shop for 10 minutes, the lady who was making the coffee was just keep chatting with the customer. We left and thanks god we did because we found this little cutie. The coffee was great, finally a place where they don’t burn the milk!!!! I took this delicious cake raspberry and pistachios. Sadly the next day they didn’t have it 🥲 I had to take a muffin 😃 it was mouth watering! But I’m still dreaming about that raspberry cake! 😆

Visted today. The flat white coffees were small and cold. The jacket potato was very small and skin very hard. Soup was OK on the plus side. Toasted sandwich was Lees than expected. Staff took payment but there was no customer satisfaction review. That is they never at any point asked if everything was OK. Which it was not. Made a poor choice in our opinion. The lady who looked like she was the owner looked like she knew we were not happy. Still they took our £32.30.

Mine and my little boys favourite cafe in Harrogate, serving proper coffee, correctly. The food is always amazing and the girls are the best. Today we changed it up and my little boy had the jacket potato which was AMAZING and he loved all of it🤍

We had breakfast here this morning. We opted for the bacon, coffee and juice deal after our morning run and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of bacon we received on the roll - of course it was delicious too. The coffee was strong but very nice and the deal was definitely good value for money. The staff were friendly and very swift with their service we can’t fault our trip this morning at all!
