<p><strong>IFA Administrator </strong></p> <p><strong>Harrogate</strong></p> <p><strong>&#163;30,000 – &#163;36,500 per annum</strong></p> <p><strong>Uncapped bonus</strong></p> <p><strong>Full-time | Permanent</strong></p> <p>A fast-growing, <strong>Chartered and independent financial services firm</strong> based in <strong>Harrogate</strong> is seeking an experienced <strong>IFA Administrator </strong> to join their expanding team.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional, client-focused business supporting <strong>Chartered Financial Planners</strong> and working with a varied client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, families, corporate entities and trusts.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As an IFA Administrator, you will work within a small, dedicated team supporting a select number of Chartered Financial Planners, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Arranging and managing annual client reviews</li><li>Scheduling meetings with prospective clients and managing Letters of Authority</li><li>Gathering and summarising policy information</li><li>Compiling illustrations and supporting documents for suitability reports</li><li>Processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals and transfers, liaising with clients and providers throughout</li><li>Maintaining accurate records and workflows on the back-office system</li><li>Assisting with overflow calls and providing reception cover when required</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of <strong>3 years’ experience</strong> in a similar IFA administration or client management role</li><li>Strong understanding of financial products and FCA regulations</li><li>Experience using <strong>iO</strong> or similar back-office systems preferred</li><li>Exposure to platforms such as <strong>Quilter, Abrdn, Fidelity, Scottish Widows or Aegon</strong> advantageous but not essential</li><li>Excellent keyboard skills and a confident, professional telephone manner</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul> <p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary <strong>&#163;30,000 – &#163;36,500</strong> (depending on experience)</li><li><strong>Uncapped bonus scheme</strong></li><li>Life cover and critical illness cover</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li><strong>26 days holiday plus bank holidays</strong></li><li>Free on-site parking</li><li>Quarterly team-building days and social events</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Apply Now</strong></p> <p>Apply today via <strong>NJR Recruitment</strong> or call quoting the reference <strong>NJR16356</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Please note:</strong> Due to a high volume of applications, if your CV does not reflect the essential requirements, or you answer ‘no’ to key screening questions, we may not be able to contact you.</p>
