<p><strong>Finance Business Partner - Harrogate</strong></p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>Campbell Grove Talent are recruiting for a commercially minded <strong>Finance Business Partne</strong>r to join a growing multi-site organisation based in Harrogate. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior operational leaders to drive financial performance, improve decision making and support business growth.</p> <p>The successful candidate will move beyond traditional finance reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to non-finance stakeholders across the business. You will provide insight, challenge, and support to ensure commercial objectives are met.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with operational and departmental leaders across multiple sites to support financial planning and performance</li><li>Produce and interpret monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets</li><li>Provide commercial insight and analysis to support strategic and operational decision making</li><li>Challenge performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency</li><li>Develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investments</li><li>Support cost control and margin improvement initiatives</li><li>Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting</li><li>Support the wider finance team and contribute to finance transformation projects</li></ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)</li><li>Strong commercial finance background, ideally within a multi-site, operational or fast-paced environment</li><li>Proven experience of business partnering with non-finance stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge constructively</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight</li><li>Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling</li><li>Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing competing priorities</li></ul> <p><strong>What’s on offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary circa &#163;65,000 </li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Opportunity to play a key role in a growing, multi-site business with ongoing development plans in place.</li></ul> <p>For further details, contact Emma Dugdale or Lucy Regan.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>
