We are looking for a <strong>Finance Analyst</strong>&nbsp;to support the team with pricing, financial analysis, and market research.<br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Help set rental prices and operating costs for new projects</li><li>Build and maintain financial models</li><li>Research the property market and provide updates on rental levels and occupancy</li><li>Review past models and explain differences</li><li>Support the wider team and keep records updated in the CRM system</li></ul> <strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Strong Excel skills (essential) to advance level – macros, modelling, designing templates</li><li>Good financial and analytical ability</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders</li><li>Build relationships with clients and stakeholders</li><li>Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment</li></ul>
