<p><strong>Account Manager</strong><br /><br />Harrogate (HG2)<br /><br />&#163;30,000 rising to &#163;33,000 upon successful completion of probation &#43; quarterly bonuses &amp; end of year bonus<br /><br />Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, office based</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong><br /><br />We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation within the electronics sector, who are recognised as leaders within their field.</p> <p>This is an office-based role focused on managing customer accounts, delivering a high level of service, and supporting the smooth running of order and stock processes. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, providing proactive and solutions-focused support</li><li>Processing and managing orders, forecasts, and stock levels</li><li>Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers</li><li>Communicating with clients via phone and email in a professional manner</li><li>Working closely with internal and external teams to support account growth</li><li>Identifying opportunities to develop accounts and support new business growth</li><li>Producing reports and ensuring commercial targets (including margin and stock) are met</li><li>Occasional travel as required</li></ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in an Account Manager, Customer Relationship, or similar role</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li>Confident using IT systems including Excel, email, and CRM systems</li><li>Ability to manage workload independently and proactively</li><li>A desire to learn, develop, and progress</li></ul> <p>Please apply via the link or contact Beth at Unity Resourcing ASAP.&nbsp;</p>
