They are looking for a talented Architect to join their expanding team in their Harrogate studio.</p> <p><strong>Benefits for the role of Architect include: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly competitive salary</li><li>Flexible working</li><li>Generous holiday allowance</li><li>Professional development</li><li>Contributory pension scheme</li></ul> <p><strong>Duties for the role of Architect include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work and deliver on a range of residential projects from inception to completion</li><li>Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved</li><li>Liaise with clients, other members of multidisciplined teams and contractors</li><li>Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings</li><li>Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages</li></ul> <p><strong>Skills and experience for the role of Architect:</strong></p> <ul> <li>ARB registered</li><li>Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice</li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD and ArchiCAD</li><li>Experience working on projects within the residential sector</li><li>Excellent drawing and design skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li><li>Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area</li></ul> <p>If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to architecture please feel free to contact Ben Moore on or email .
