Commercial Litigation Solicitor
<strong>Role Overview</strong><br /> A national, sector-focused law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its established Corporate and Commercial Disputes team. <br /><br />This position offers exposure to a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including high-value and complex disputes. The successful candidate will advise on contract disputes, procurement challenges, construction disputes, partnership issues, governance matters, complaints, and internal investigations.<br /><br />The team works closely with public sector bodies, health and social care providers, and charities, supporting them through both contentious matters and the day-to-day legal challenges of operating in highly regulated environments.
