Early Years Practitioner

<p>Are you passionate about nurturing the development of young children? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner or a Level 3 TA for a long-term role, starting after Easter, in one of our private day nurseries based in Harrogate. The position is long term until the end of the academic year with a possible opportunity of a direct contract for the right person.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated Early Years Practitioner/Level 3 TA to become part of a supportive team that values creativity, inclusivity, and child-centred learning. You will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, social and educational development of children in the early years setting.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work as an Early Years Practitioner within the nursery to support children's learning and development</li><li>Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework</li><li>Observe and asses individual progress, tailoring support to meet the needs of each child</li><li>Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff</li><li>Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment</li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent</li><li>Previous experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a school or nursery setting</li><li>A genuine passion for working with young children</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>A current DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)</li></ul> <p>This Early Years Practitioner role offers the opportunity to work in a positive and inclusive environment where your contribution will be highly valued.
