I had an appointment yesterday for a root regrowth tint and a blow dry....but because I was going to a wedding the same day, sarah then went in on a bouncy blow dry, and honestly ive never had so many compliments about my hair in my life! Im not the most confident person but yesterday all day I felt the most confident ive ever felt! And now my hair is so good my own mother (a very hard woman to please) wants to go to sarah, so that speaks volumes on her talent! Also she is honestly the most down to earth, friendliest hairdresser too, I actually get excited to go to my appointments to see her cos I know the next few hours are going to be relaxing with lots of pamper and a right good natter and ultimately a brilliant hairstyle and colour! I cant recommend sarah enough, best hairdresser in Harrogate by far and trust me ive been to quite a few and she definitely stands out from the rest, thank you sarah for my new hair xx

Really happy with this salon – it’s got a relaxed, welcoming vibe and the prices are very reasonable. Booking is usually straightforward with decent availability, and they sometimes offer discounts, which is a nice touch. Shout-out to Amy, who’s brilliant – she listens to what I’m after rather than just pushing trends, but still gives honest, practical advice. Always a good chat too. I leave feeling looked after and loving my hair. Highly recommend!

I first visited Cindy in March this year after a home box-dye disaster left my hair the wrong shade and my confidence at an all-time low. From the start, she was fantastic—taking the time to talk through my options and even testing strands to ensure she matched the perfect blonde to my natural colour. I’ve now seen Cindy three times, and she’s not only managed to get my hair shade to the colour I've been after with each visit but has also kept my hair in great condition throughout the process. She’s incredibly skilled, approachable, and genuinely fun to spend time with. After searching for a hairdresser in Harrogate who could deliver exactly what I wanted, I’m so glad I found her—she’s completely restored my hair and my confidence. Lois was fantastic. Even though my appointment was at the end of the day she made me feel like I was the first customer. She listened to my concerns and gave me the best cut I have ever had for my unruly curly hair.
