I mistakenly ordered the wrong size plasterboards which was only discovered at delivery. The delivery man was patient & calm, Joanne & Mel, in the office were so kind & professional. The order was returned & the correct size boards delivered the same day. Extremely grateful for your excellent customer service. Thank you.

Got some building materials from Howarth Timber for a home renovation project recently. This was the first time I have used them and they were very competitively priced and sure enough the materials turned up on site when they said they would. The delivery driver was a really friendly guy who took his time to position the materials to cause as least disruption as possible on our drive. I have to also give a special mention to Joanna on the front desk who was great to deal with.

Really great service with quick delivery. Made an online purchase but the staff over the phone were really helpful and managed to bring forward my delivery date. Items delivered were great quality.
