I’ve bought some lovely pieces of furniture and soft furnishings from the Harrogate Oka store over the last couple of years. I am delighted with how they have added another level of style and quality, and really helped transform my home. I have found all the staff in the store to be approachable, friendly and helpful, particularly Zoe, who has gone out of her way to help me achieve the look I want. Zoe has been so supportive, putting together design ideas without any pressure at all. I have felt comfortable in taking my time and, as a result, I am delighted with the comfort and look of my home. Firstly the window display at this store is always really beautiful and eclectic. The Christmas window at the moment, is gorgeous. I collected a large order from the store today. The people that worked there couldn't have been more helpful, assisting me with stacking the car so that everything would fit in. The products are beautiful, great quality and good value for money.
Always a good customer service from Emma and Carole ,i’ve been couple of days ago,and they find me a good present.Very pretty shop
Interesting but expensive items in the shop.. Unable to find a shop assistant.. Walked out!!
