We went to the Harrogate shop for a cooker where we found a really good selection of choices on offer. We were given sound advice about choosing a cooker to suit our needs. The appliance arrived on time as promised with great Co ordination between the company and the gas fitter. Dean and Declan, who delivered to and fitted the cooker, were first rate in their approach to the job and worked so well with Paul, the gas fitter. They were all knowledgeable, conscientious and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them: we definitely had the “A” team. We have driven an hour to visit your Harrogate store today to purchase a range master cooker only to find a sign on the door to say that the store is not open. We always try to support independent business where possible however unreliability makes this impossible.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. I rang on Monday morning needing a new AEG hob to replace one broken by accident days before we were moving out and our buyers moving in. The team in Harrogate were extremely helpful and supplied and fitted a new one by Wednesday lunchtime. The price was competitive too. I will certainly use this family run business in future, as it was so much easier than dealing with the big companies or online suppliers.

I went into Herbert Todd on Monday morning needing a fridge and washer/dryer fitted for my son's new rental in Harrogate. Colin and team advised me on the best models to buy, not the most expensive, gave me a great price, and had everything fitted and in place by the end of the week, with no stress or hassle. Brilliant service and far easier than having to deal with an internet or phone order. These guys are the same price as buying online but are so much better.
