I was referred to see Mr Peach, dermatologist by my GP. Within a week I have had my initial consultation and proceeded to surgical removal of the concerning lesion. Amazing service from all of the team. Particular thanks to Mr Peach, Anita, Monika and Josie who took great care of me today.

I attended Spire Harrogate Clinic with my mum who went for an MRI scan. Reception staff were very friendly and pointed us to the complimentary hot drinks machine. The clinic was fully wheelchair accessible for my mum and had a non-metal wheelchair for her to use in the MRI room. Atmosphere was really relaxed and calming in the Clinic, all the staff were lovely and we were well taken care of. Thank you Spire Harrogate Clinic Team ❤️🌟

Incredibly rude reception staff on recent visit. (asian girl dark hair) Demanded my Bupa authorisation number upon arrival. Something i'd not been asked to have ready as Bupa sorted my treatment direct with the clinic. When I did not have this to hand and could not retrieve due to lack of phone signal in the building I was asked to pay for the MRI myself. I told them I would not as it had already been arranged/ authorised by themselves and Bupa. I was told to walk down the road (with a broken leg) until I got phone signal to retrieve my authorisation details. When I returned to the clinic and gave these the staff did not apologise for my troubles, in fact they seemed annoyed that I had produced this info. I don't appreciate being spoken down to by a receptionist and some practice manager who appeared from an office to the side. The MRI staff themselves were great but I would not return here due to this interaction.

After blood tests were not completed or lost at the lab I was very frustrated at the time it would take to repeat them. I rang at 4pm and got an appointment with a Private GP the next day at 11.00am at Harrogate Spire. The facilities are amazing! Modern building extremely clean and welcoming with a very calm relaxed feel. I cannot praise the staff enough polite cheerful very professional and understanding of how you feel. Dr Smith went through my symptoms and gave me the best option of blood test for my symptoms she also examined me carried out an ECG and took blood which is very difficult due to my collapsed veins but it was far less painful than usual and the bruising is not nearly as bad as it usually is. Dr Smith has a very calm demeanour she listens to you and I didn’t feel rushed in any way. I know the NHS is struggling but I feel the cost of private treatment is well worth it to avoid the long waiting times. I highly recommend Spire Harrogate.

This clinic goes beyond my expectations. it is set in a beautiful environment and is new and clean with excellent staff and service. I would definitely go back.
