What fabulous service from the team at Johnson’s Harrogate. Dress I thought was not saveable, clean and as good as new in 24 hours! I can’t thank them all enough
Unfortunately I have to write a bad review here. Having taken an expensive coat in to be dry cleaned and paid 60 gbp I expected it to be looking brand new. Unfortunately when picking it up it was still covered in hair and bobbles, I was advised to leave it with them and pick up again later in the day. On arrival I inspected it and it still had bobbles on the sleeves and collar, I did question this again but was told that they have already cleaned it and also ran rollers over the coat and it was the best they could do, they " didn't have time to sit and pick the bobbles off as it wasn't their job". I am sorry but whose job is it then? It's ok I will sit here and pick them off myself having spent 60 pounds shall I? unprofessional and poor service and will not be using again.

Came in on multiple occasions, staff were really helpful and chatty, especially Sarah who deserves a special mention
