Always received excellent treatment from Annelize for various back and shoulder pains. She asks about the symptoms and does her own assessment before performing pain-relieving exercises and manipulations. She's approachable and reassuring. I've left every session feeling better and on the way to recovery.

I can’t recommend Annalize enough. I went to see her with a wrist problem and she spent a full hour assessing my whole body, not just the issue I went in with. Since seeing her I’ve changed the way I work, the treatments I offer, and how I train, and I’ve had no issues since. She explained everything so clearly that I finally understand my body and how to look after it properly. Being diagnosed with hypermobility was a real lightbulb moment.
