Sought help for a recurrent lower back problem which was impacting on my active lifestyle. I received excellent support both in terms of diagnosis, treatment and progressive regime of exercises to increase my resilience to the triggers and manage the issue going forward to support and enable my active lifestyle. The knowledge I have also gained will be extremely valuable.

I had an assessment with Lauren today after a not very satisfactory consultation with an on line physio. She was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and suggest on going treatment. Lauren also has a very warm, calm and reassuring manner. I highly recommend!
