What a team!!! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The workmanship is second to none. We had a new boiler, five new radiators and all our pipework replaced. Not the easiest of jobs! All done to the highest standards. The patience and helpfulness shown from everyone involved was fantastic. Thank you all.
We have been using Andy Parish's firm for a few years now after they rescued us when our old boiler failed in a cold spell. Andy himself went the extra mile to get it sorted, including getting the last model in stock at short notice. Since then we have used them for routine servicing as well as two emergency repairs. The tradesmen who have attended have all been professional, courteous, on time and generally excellent. After several years of poor service from other firms we appear to have found the ideal solution; a local firm who are small enough to provide a great quality service but are big enough to cope with demand. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.
I’ve been using A Parish heating to service my combi boiler since I moved to Harrogate in 2020. 100% recommend the engineers are always on time, reliable and knowledgeable. I’ve also used them for a system flush and breakdown and again a great service
Wouldn’t use again. They attended to investigate a gas leak and told me I would need a new oven and hob, which they said they could fit into a rental property. I was asked to send links to the appliances I intended to buy so they could approve them and arrange installation. I received no response and had to chase several times, and they then refused to commit to a price despite having already seen the fittings and knowing what was being installed. I went elsewhere and it was significantly cheaper.
I was very happy with the service I received from A Parish and I would most definitely recommend. Both were very polite, professional, punctual and very thorough. They picked up on that my carbon monoxide alert was faulty and now didn’t work, even though it did on an inspection only 7 weeks ago. They also let me know the pipes under my static mobile home, had no antifreeze which means the pipes could freeze in winter which could cause bad issues in the future. So a very good job well done.👍
