Storage King Harrogate - Self Storage Units

Dean, Richard and the team are absolutely wonderful here at Storage King Harrogate. I live abroad and do all my comms via phone and email and they have been fantastic over the last year. I was able to set the whole unit up remotely, as well as ship across my first load of items, which was kindly received by the team, placed in to my unit and secured. Payment can be done over the phone, or the team will help you set up a direct debit which I would recommend as if you are travelling a lot. I am able to allow access to family members, who were met once again by helpfulness from the team here on their first visit, without any involvement or interference from myself (being overseas this is a huge bonus!!). The first time I visited the units, I was met with such warmth from Dean, a cuppa coffee and a lovely chat too ! He explained to me how the units operate, the timings, security and the facilities on site. He even found me when I took a wrong turn on my first attempt to find my unit (not difficult it was just early!). During reception hours, Dean and the team are there to assist and answer any questions and queries but you can also access your unit outside of these hours. Do pop in for a cuppaT tho to warm you up !! Thanks again, look forward to another year of your wonderful service.

The setup is great with excellent storage units and access. Zoe and Tina were fantastic to deal with. Always helpful and friendly, efficient in introducing the site and showing us how it all works. Nothing was too much trouble, even when thingsdidnt go according to plan and i had to extend my stay at the last minute! Thanks Zoe and Tina for a pleasant and easy storage experience.

I have used Harrogate storage king for several months now and found the team to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I first registered for storage I met Zoe on reception and I must say how helpful and friendly she was. I month later I returned to the site and was greeted by a friendly Zoe, good morning Jeff! How on earth would she remember me with all the customers that come through those doors I don’t know! I will highly recommend Storage King, it’s very clean and has CCTV cameras everywhere. I would 100% use Harrogate Storage King again. My furniture and belongings were kept safe in a well ventilated, clean and secure unit. Easy access out of hours. Good and fair price - especially with the promotion.The staff are friendly, kind and respectful - very helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the size of the unit. Thank you Harrogate Storage King.

Amazing service from the whole team at Storage King Harrogate. Dealt with Zoe initially who was excellent and explained everything brilliantly and then dealt with Rich and Zoe where nothing is ever too much trouble and they are so friendly and welcoming. Makes a refreshing change when you deal with people that are good at their jobs and know what excellent customer service is. Units are spacious, clean and secure - would highly recommend!!!
