Signature Renovations

Chris has helped us with a number of repair and renovation jobs at our house over the past couple of years including repairing a leaking roof, converting an upstairs bedroom into a bathroom and making unused loft space into a very useable area. We have always been so happy with Chris’s approach, attitude, practical advice and skills and we rely on him time and time again for any work we need doing. When something needs fixing his approach is to get to the heart of the problem and make sure it is fixed properly. When it is more of a construction type job he listens to our ideas and provides honest solutions, and suggests different ways of tackling situations without it having to be “his way” (unlike some tradespeople can be!). We have always found him to be reliable, efficient and communicative. Very much recommended!

Chris has done quite a few jobs for me in my hairdressing salon. He is always punctual and polite. He also was very kind to work around the salon schedule to minimise the disruption to the business too. He will always give you good honest advice and if he can save you some money he will do! I trust him enough to let him have a key to the property and he always leaves it clean and tidy after a job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend signature for any job that you need doing.

We used Signature to renovate my Grandad’s bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My Grandad needed a walk-in shower and plenty of handrails for safety, but we wanted the space to look modern—not institutional. Chris truly exceeded our expectations. Absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Emma & Chris, they not only provided a quote quickly, they were able to coordinate the job so that it could be carried out during the vacant period we had at the property. The quote was very reasonable and the quality of the work was 10/10, they even went over and above and changed some lightbulbs at the property for no extra cost. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
