Bikemonger

Had a problem with my pedal on my ebike., as it turned out. Was on my way coast to coast and fortunately happened to be coming into Ripon when it happened. The guys saw me straight away and fixed it, replaced SPD’s with second hand pedals at a great price, within an hour. Great service. Many thanks, Mark.

Popped in with my son's bike while away on holiday, to see if it could be fitted in to resolve a brake issue. The man behind the counter (i believe the owner) said he would unlikely be able to provide a full service due to his current workload before we were due to leave, however, would happily look at his bike if it's something that could be easily resolved. He tightened his seat and realigned the brakes on his BMX. He shared a lot of knowledge about the bike which I really appreciated. Couldn't fault his service.

Called in on off chance having problem with ebike. Theo was most helpful and took a look while we waited. He showed us how to remove wheel & motor. Unfortunately he suspected the fault was with the motor and even tried to source one on the internet. Thank you to a very friendly and helpful young man.

Had an issue with my hydraulic disc brake on a C2C ride so I called up Bikemonger to see if they could help. Though the workshop was busy they fitted me in, got the brake fixed and I was on my way again in an hour. Excellent job and a really friendly can do approach. North Yorks is lucky to have such a great LBS. Thanks to all.

Dropped into Bikemongers whilst riding the Way of the Roses, after messing up the indexing of my gears. Ben saw straight to it, got everything running smooth and would only take a nominal charge. Great service from a great technician. Highly recommended.
