Otley Argos (Inside Sainsbury's)

I came to this branch to change the dough machine I bought from the York branch and I encountered a service that I did not deserve and that did not suit Argos. There was a problem with the mixer I bought from York, I went to the york branch and they said that I could change it at the Otley branch because it was out of stock. Even though I have a valid invoice. When I came here, a female employee said that she would change it, and Craig, who claimed that he was the manager of the place at that time, said that he could not change and took the mixer to the back. Why are you taking my mixer to the back if you're not going to replace the first one? second, do you have any knowledge to fix it? Thirdly, I say that I came from an hour's journey, he says, did I come to you? An employee cannot say to a customer whether I told you to come. Then this manager told me to leave this place and insult me ​​and read the articles that he can change the products in a maximum of six months. And on top of that, I said that there is a one-year Argos warranty and a 5-year factory parts warranty. Anyway, I know I was right with my documents and what I said. But this manager has no reason not to change it, but I think he is a racist with his insults and humiliations. I felt that he was racist to me in his speech and attitude towards me and no one deserves such treatment. You can't tell me to go read your term and conditions. You can't tell me to leave this place when I read it, can you show me where it is written. You can't say, Did I tell you to come here? You can't just leave me there and take care of other customers and ignore me. I have a valid invoice and I asked for the term and condition to be done. Clean, efficient system nowadays, and fairly friendly. Has a card payment pedestal so you don't need to queue, and an electronic ticket display so you don't have to fight your way to the pickup point. Generally seems to have a good level of stock and reasonable opening hours. Not sure if it has a loading area for heavy items.

What can you say about Argos, there all pretty much the same, I think we all know that you can buy pretty much anything there, if it's not in stock it will there within 24 hours, However it's not my kind of store, I prefer to browse, to see the item I want to purchase and maybe try to get a bit of discount, but sadly those store's are disappearing fast.

Only called in for rechargeable batteries. Assistant very helpful. Service brilliant, although store was quiet whilst we were in.

Placed order one and collected from store. No trouble, staff friendly and efficient, can't ask for more than that.
