Selling very out of date cat food. It's the best before date, but legally they are supposed to inform you. The food is 18 months past the best before. DONT BUT WITHOUT CHECKING. Informed staff, couldn't care less

Very hard to shop with a pushchair, can barely get down the aisles, and a very relaxed attitude to fire exits.

The Yorkshire Trading Company in Otley is a treasure trove – a wide selection of items crammed into every corner, from household bits to crafts and pet care. Prices are good and it’s handy for everyday essentials. The aisles can feel a bit tight, but that’s the trade-off for the sheer amount of stock packed in.

Horrible! I had the misfortune of encountering the most ignorant cashier on the face of the earth. You would never have guessed he was actually getting PAID! Absolute zero communication skills, terrible manners. Goodness only knows how he passed the interview stage. He was either a good actor or cheap to employ. Either way, I will never shop at the store again. Perhaps employ people who are actually grateful for a job, who will keep the store looking tidy and will treat customers with respect. HORRENDOUS

The old lady with short white hair is very rude to customers. If she doesn't like the job then she shouldn't work there
