Popped into Screwfix Ripon recently for a quick supply run for a pizza oven repair project and was genuinely blown away by the level of service. I didn’t catch the names of the staff, but every single person I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and completely down-to-earth. They didn’t just point me in the general direction of what I needed — they guided me to the right items, helped with sizing, and even kindly assisted in getting some of the screws out of their packaging to make sure I had exactly what I needed. You could tell they weren’t just doing their job — they actually cared. Super amenable, approachable, and professional without being pushy or salesy. Just decent people, doing great work. Will definitely be coming back. Screwfix Ripon, you've earned a regular. 👏

Absolute life savours and excellent service. We had a washing machine emergency and the first part we needed had broken. I came back to buy a replacement a few minutes before they closed but but had forgotten my purse. They went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much

Staff friendly but managed to get the one thing I ordered completely wrong. Quite far away to drive so will just get correct item at homebase or b&q.
