This is such a fantastic and friendly jewellers. I recently asked them to design and remake my baby christening bangle into a piece that I could wear but making it as close to the original design as possible. The whole experience from initial consultation through the design and making process to the finished bangle was exceptional. The communication from the staff was second to none and I felt that nothing was too much to ask. They even managed to take the original engraving from the inside of the baby bangle and add it to the inside of the new one. I am absolutely delighted with my “new” bangle, the attention to detail is incredible-so perfectly like the original. I will now wear my christening bangle every day , a very special piece of jewellery. Thank you to everyone at Aura, you are a very special team and I 100% recommend anyone who is thinking of repurposing a piece of jewellery to choose you!

I recently visited Aura for them to fix a bracelet for me. They fixed the bracelet free of charge which I wasn’t expecting & did it within minutes. The staff, both the lady & gent were extremely friendly & welcoming. Thank you x

Took my watch in as had a new battery fitted and couldn't get the back of the watch back on. Lesson learnt, should have just gone there in the first place. Very friendly staff, did it withing 5 mins and disnt charge me. Really appreciated. Thanks for a great service.👏

Fantastic jewellers, lovely staff who go out of their way to help & advise. Have used many times over the years for repairs, valuations & recently had my diamond ring altered, brilliant job & good price. Would not go anywhere else.

Aura Jewellery is the place to go for precious jewelry, First time I went, i have found my engagement ring and second time was to make custom wedding bands, which turned out perfect (picture attached). They have their own shop and can do things locally. The jeweler and the lady ( I assume the assistant) were extremely friendly and attentive and understood exactly what we wanted. I am extremely pleased with the end result. Not to mention the prices, we paid half of what you would pay for wedding bands if you had to get them already made from a shop. Strongly recommend.
