Visited 12th December '25 and served by Angela who quickly understood my needs and patiently helped me with my choice in a very professional and pleasing manner. I didn't feel pressured into making a wrong purchase. Very good also to be attended to personally with proper facilities for footwear...comfy seat, foot stool and shoe horn. Highly recommended.

Angela helped us at Clinkard’s Wetherby on 24 November. We had ordered some Bugatti shoes online but as my husband has a difficult right foot to fit ( after having a stroke ) we sadly had to return them. But, liking the style, we thought we’d visit the shop first. Now, after Angela’s patient and efficient service, showing great knowledge of the different styles that might work, I am happy to say that you have yet another very satisfied customer.

Eleanor was amazing, I went in for some good shoes and came away with some bugatti’s that are fantastic, even when I was undecided she asked Paula to help advise who again was great she talked me through the best options - I will be returning with my wife before xmas for a pair of boots! I felt that all staff were trained well, pleasant and friendly.

Mae service was excellent.I bought a pair of winter boots that were really lovely and I i'd also rang up prior to see if they were in stock and they put them away for me Mea was was very helpful and polite and had giving me a professional service making my overall shopping experience. excellent.

Always a good experience at your Wetherby store where I do most of my shoe shopping. However, your new style receipts are poor as do not make individual purchases clear. Okay I guess if only buying one pair but ordering 2 pairs on line in shop as well as purchasing 2 pairs in store made receipt virtually impossible to understand. However, staff helpful in explaining it all.
