BRILLIANT!!! Superb service and communication. A totally reliable firm with a very friendly and professional approach. The driver messaged to say 'on way' and arrived in plenty of time to get to the airport very early in the morning (5:30am). We have used Fusion Private Hire before and will definitely use again. Usually really good at Fusion, but last 2 days very poor, first day driver on time but didn't speak, nothing not even a hello, basic lack of manners its ignorant!. Next day running late, and they say the old excuses are the best: driver on the way, just coming through to you now, nowhere to be seen. To the operator, at least be honest with the customer. Been late for work because of poor service. Send Nigel next time, thanks

Used Fusion for a journey to Manchester airport and again on our return from holiday. The overall experience was very good. Driver arrived on time for the journey there and was stuck in traffic on the way to collect us, but kept us well informed. Very happy with the service and price. Would just recommend that in future they double check the number of people and cases they are transporting as it only came to light when ringing to check the booking a couple of days prior to pick up that the vehicle allocated was a normal car and we required a mini bus. Could have been a problem if we hadn't made that call. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Booked a taxi giving half hour notice. Got a text saying taxi on way. Went outside at 8.30 in the cold to wait for taxi. Checked the app and taxi was 2 miles away heading in wrong direction. Rang operator to be told it was on way. 5 minutes later rang operator again who was rude and said he didn't know where the taxi was. Don't use this taxi firm. Skyline Taxis gone downhill since Fusion took over. Other taxi firms available in Keighley area. Use them and not Fusion.

Phoned this Otley based company for a taxi after clearing passport control at Leeds/Bradford airport. Received useful text messages with driver & car details & a friendly driver with a lovely clean car arrived within 20mins. We were able to pay with 'proper' money too rather than plastic !! Great service from initial phone call to being safely delivered home. Thank you. Julie & Nick
