AVOID ...AVOID ..AVOID ..nice as anything till he gets a sale, then when something goes wrong, he blocks you .bought a 20k car for it to be full of rust spot's and chips and sctatches. We noticed after it had its 1st wash, it was washed 3 weeks after we bought it . we discovered the car had been caked in a colour filler, and it washed away to reveal all this underneath .he tried saying car wash sponge needed changing, then it was salt off the road excuse after excuse .yes car looked immaculate when we bought it as it had so much colour filler on it which washed away , he wanted me to take it back so he could buff it up i wasn't prepared to do this i wanted the car sorting Properly 20k is a lot of money to have a car with poor body work . he wouldnt accept my formal letter of complaint i sent to him tracked , he returned it to me and my photo evidence put the phone down on me mid conversation..AVOID this garage .

Read all reviews. I would avoid. Responding to you saying its a fake account etc. Defo not a fake account. Issues were reported back to yourself and I was told I will get a new car battery but you guys just recharged and sent it back as I'm still having same issues. No receipt provided... no trust left to return to you to rectify issues
Never buy a car from here!! I bought a 2006 Renault Clio from this dealership with a known injector fault as I was planning on getting it fixed myself. However, after a diagnostic test we discovered there was many more faults with the car then we were told. Therefore, under the consumers act 2015 I went to return the car and get a refund due to the faults we had not been told about such as two punctured front tyres, passenger airbag fault and a hefty list of others. When we went to return the car we were refused a refund and offered a partial refund of £500 which is completely unreasonable. Shiraz, who initially was very welcoming when we first visited to look at the car, became defensive and rude when we were trying to reason with him about a refund. This dealership does not do their due diligence on their cars, this completely unfair to their customers. I spent all of my money on a car from motors inc. for it not to work and have been left with absolutely no money to live off for this semester at university. NEVER buy from here as you will lose a lot of money and they just do not care.
My son bought a car from Motors Inc 4 days ago. He used all his savings and his student overdraft to pay for it following his car needing to be scrapped due to corrosion. This dealer seemed like a genuine and decent guy at first. However, his attitude turned very sour when we attempted to return the car and citing a myriad of faults that came up on a diagnostic report after purchase. He claims that he informed us of all the faults but this isn’t true. He disclosed one fault and agreed a discount to reflect this, the receipt confirms this. Despite being a dangerous and unroadworthy car he flatly refused to refund us after only 4 days despite his obligation under the Consumer Rights Act. We offered a compromise of a partial refund to take into account a reasonable adjustment for there now being an extra owner but he would offer no more than trade value at 8 £800 less than the purchase price of £1300. After saying we will take further action, his answer was “Do what you want, I’ve been down this road before, it will take you months and you will get nowhere” Clearly this isn’t the first car or customer he’s done this to and it doesn’t surprise me at all. The car somehow had an MOT despite there being injector faults, airbag fault, cylinder fault. A total of over 50 faults on the diagnostic report. He tried to use the term “Sold as is”. He claimed to have had a diagnostic report on the car but then changed it to him not knowing about any of the faults and blamed me for not checking properly. It was all just shrouded in untruths. As well as all these issues, the car had no wheel locking nut and both front tyres transpired to be punctured but unable to be removed. There is also a 1000 mile difference between the MOT 1 month prior to purchase meaning this car was being driven with an injector fault and likely the cause of the other fuel system issues. I spoke to some of the local mechanics and the theme was the same, that this dealer is not a trustworthy person and to avoid at all costs. I would implore you to do the same, go elsewhere and don’t risk ending up with a huge repair bill for more than the value of your car. Don’t end up like my son, lost all his money and has a taxed and insured broken car parked up because he can’t afford to repair it and this guy couldn’t care any less. Please don’t give this company your money!!!
