Helpful staff . Car was serviced, cleaned and vaccumed within two hours . Staff contacted me when car was nearly done. They also send you a video health report of the underside of the car halfway through the service.
Recently had my vehicle serviced, found the staff very friendly, special mention to Joseph one of the technicians there, who was was delightful
Been trawling around Autotrader for many months looking for a suitable replacement for our 07 plate Swift which we had new . I travel the country for work so distance wasn't a problem . Trust me when I say I've seen some crap and had some pressure from salesmen trying to offload whatever they've had on the forecourt be it colour , age and condition , even though I was quite clear about my preferences .I was even offered another £10 off an advertised price to tempt me into a deal ! Then I saw this one at D.M Keith in Keithley that fitted my criteria. I was travelling to Yorkshire the following day and decided to give them a call , I was put through to sales and spoke to a lovely young lady Naila. We arranged a viewing the following day . On arrival Naila was just moving the car out for me to view , and my mind was made up . To be fair for a three year old car it was immaculate, far better than anything I'd seen already. After a quick test drive the deal was done and a collection date decided , although delivery was offered . Due to work commitments the only date I had available was the day of Naila's sisters wedding but she wanted to see the sale through and came in especially to complete the purchase. I really cannot fault the service I was given , especially compared to my previous experiences and wouldn't hesitate to deal with them and Naila again
I experienced a breakdown of my Nissan Juke yesterday (Sunday) and due to the Bristol Street Nissan main dealerships being closed on Sundays (which I usually use and bought the car through) I spoke to D. M. Keith Nissan Keighley whilst with the RAC who agreed for my vehicle to be taken there and they would complete the repairs once their service team were open today (Monday). I received a call first thing this morning before 9am from the Keighley Service Team to discuss the breakdown and agree next steps, that they would look at the car today with the hope all work would be completed within the day however, noted should they not be able to complete the work for any reason within the day, they would offer me a hire vehicle to ensure I remain mobile whilst work is ongoing (This in itself was brilliant as I was being given the run around from Enterprise re hire car availability and required a car for childcare and work commitments) I received another call later this morning to note the work would indeed be completed today and my car would be available to collect this afternoon. At 3pm I received the video vehicle health check to confirm the faults (alternator pulley & belt fan) had been fixed and the car could be collected at my earliest convenience! I arrived to collect my car, there was no waiting around, staff really welcoming, friendly and helpful and much to my surprise, the added bonus of my car being washed and vaccumed! I felt it necessary to leave a review as I am absolutely overwhelmed with the service provided by D. M. Keith Nissan! Although I still dont think this gives the team there enough recognition for the undoubtedly 5* service they provide! I can honestly say the whole process was faultless and its miles apart and above any experience and service I have experienced with the main Bristol Street Nissan dealerships! I will certainly be returning to D. M. Keith Nissan for futute repairs when required and will be recommending them to friends and family too! Again, a huge thank you to everyone for your prompt brilliant service from start to finish and getting me safely back on the road! Hannah!
Bought a car in November having bought several cars from Huddersfield branch before they were super .Got this one the salesman very the deal was ok .Picked the extended warranty paid for a dash cam fitting cable dropped out after aday so stuck it back in so far so good .I asked for a MOT and service to been done on the car MOT done then three months after I got an email saying it needs a service so I rang up saying it should have been done but got told because it wasn't due they did not do ? Then parking sensors went so I rang up telling them this I asked if would be covered by the warranty only to be told by them probably not due to wear and tear ? To be fair a guy tried to sort it from appleyards but I would have to take it over ? For them to have a look at fair but the service would cast me about 600 to 700 pounds then a guy sent me another quote of about 300 .We have had enough by this time called enough enough would I use appleyards DM Keith again the answer is defo no sorry Huddersfield but your Keighley branch as let u down
