Craig and his team did a great job fitting our conservatory with a modern, lightweight, warm roof and also fitting dry verge to the main house roof. Craig is a friendly, skilful tradesman and was happy to address any questions I had. The work was completed in good time, and was well co-ordinated with electrician, plasterers and building control, with minimal disruption. We're delighted with the results. Price was very competitive, works comes with 30 year guarantee, and the 10% NHS discount was a bonus. Highly recommended - thank you Craig and team.
Craig came through to replace and sort some damaged ridge tiles on our roof. We organised through whatsapp which was efficient for me and the wife. He came out quickly to assess requirements of the job in the morning and returned in the afternoon with required kit to make the repair. He made the process very simple and well priced. Craig is a genuinely nice person, a skillfull tradesman and an efficient Project Manager. He is totally focused on Customer satisfaction and will calmly address any issues to your total satisfaction. Craig reset the ridge tiles on our tiled roof conservatory. Thanks for a good job done without any fuss. Unfortunately, Craig let himself down. I recommended him to a lady who needed a similar job. She phoned him and he arranged to visit, but failed to turn up at the arranged time. I then phoned him and left a message on his messaging service. He still did not get in touch with the lady in question, even though he was given her number.
Would certainly recommend CF Joinery & Roofing, Craig was a very nice bloke gave a quote which was very reasonable, he repaired my roof and explained everything he was going to do also kept me informed whilst he was working on it. Reliable, professional and reasonably priced. Also gave me 10% discount as I work for the NHS, highly recommend.
