I visited your Haxby clinic, first they were very flexible with my booking especially when I rang back to change the booking slot. I arrived for my appointment and went straight in , no waiting, everything was explained and the process was painless, your clinician was very thorough and followed up the process a second time to get the last remaining wax out. I was amazed with the result, the pressure in my ear had gone and I could hear again. I was amazed with the before and after photos (attached)I would thoroughly recommend The Hearing Place
What an amazing team at the hearing place, from a lovely welcome from Helen the receptionist, to the lovely Sam who carried out wax suction on both ears, never having had this done before he put my mind at ease and reassured me that this procedure was not painful, Jess his wife who also runs the practice was lovely and gave me a guided tour, along with the option of some refreshment later. I would definitely recommend this practice, so clean professional and ever so polite and kind.
First time visiting THE HEARING PLACE I've been taken care of brilliantly - the crew are attentive, friendly, and go the extra mile on every detail. My comfort was their main priority and their service was smooth, the vibe welcoming, and I left feeling totally pampered. Highly recommend - you'll feel right at home!
Excellent service. Rang up a week before Christmas not expecting an appointment until the new year, got in within three days. Sam who did the procedure was great, professional and polite. Girl ( sorry did not get name) on reception also was very polite. Once again excellent service.
Highly recommend for the removal of ear wax. Have always had to have my ears syringed since a child. Seems now the way forward is to have micro suction. I was a little nervous as never had this done but what a lovely pain free experience the best £65 I have spent in a long time. You get to see before and after photos of your ears too. Make sure you follow the pre suction treatment with Earol Olive Oil Spray which they ship direct to you and follow after care. Already booked my next annual visit at the Clifton Moor site but they have other sites across the area.
