Sandra in the Haxby Johnson's shop replaced a zip on my coat. When I took it home and inspected it closely, it was so professionally done that it looks brand new. Thank you
Very pleased with the service in Johnsons, Haxby particularly the work of Sandra who did an exceptional job fixing to moth eaten jumpers.
First time visit and Margaret was absolutely lovely. Brand new jacket with a small but very prominent stain (been left 3 wks before I was advised of the stain 🙄 which left it too late to obtain a replacement and have altered) as it’s for a wedding abroad. Margaret tried her very best and has managed to fade it significantly but (I believe due to it being left so long) it wouldn’t shift completely but truly thankful for the effort she put in and I think it won’t be too noticeable Thanks so much again Margaret and I’ll definitely use your services in future !
Caroline is fabulous she really helped me with a memorable crystal it was the biggest Heart it was of my daughter that died in 1968 it was for my 80th birthday from a lovely friend
