Kuala Lumpur Café Headingley

Good flavour, served hot, good display. We especially choose tofu, duck and salmon and we found them all excellent. It is one of the good choice for people who like South East Asian food. If you have tried Thailand's and Vietnam's, you should try Malaysian food. They are different. But I am still looking for place doing Bak kut teh, if you know, tell me.

We went to Kuala Lumpur…not sure if it’s more of a café or a restaurant, hard to say. You can’t expect too much from a student area, but it definitely had its charm. The walls had a few food splashes and some missing décor haha 😄 and since it was cold outside, they’d put a little heater in the middle of the room, cute touch. Can’t fault the food though, it was super tasty! Will definitely be back.

My first time to try eating Malaysian style meals. It was absolutely great. I guess these are authentic homemade style dishes. Lovely services and very casual atmosphere restaurant.

The rendang curry here is one of my favourite dishes in Leeds! The Satay is also very good Overall great food, reasonably priced. It's nice that you get extras with the meals as well the rice, they all come with peanuts, crackers and other sides. The drinks are nice too! They don't have a flashy interior but you don't notice it when the food is amazing and well priced

What a great find in Headingley, just like I remember eating in Malaysia, very authentic The chicken satay was so good and loaded with pean Nasi lemek and chicken goreng also deserve a mention Great value and just bring along your own bottle of wine or beer
