They will always be Alba to me! One of those rare things when a really good local garage gets taken over by a big company but continues to be brilliant. They provide excellent service always for good value.
Five star service today from the guys at alba tyres. I had specific tyre requirements which was fully understood by the team. As my tyres had severe wear on the inside of the tread they took the liberty of tracking my wheels and realigning them. I also had Alba tyres replace my rear brake pads. The pricing was very competitive and the service again was 5 star. 2018 Audi A4 Avant
Excellent service from Alba Tyres - Team Protyre in Leeds. The staff and engineers were professional, friendly, and really helpful throughout. Everything was explained clearly (the car issue - exhaust and heat shield), and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
Often garages tend to get no reviews or poor reviews.However this has not been our experience at Protyre, Headingley Leeds. Professional, helpful and excellent service.We took our car early Saturday morning to have an indicator light fixed.(dangerous as not working).Lee the mechanic fixed this problem and also solved a couple of other issues.Plus he offered advice on maintenance.Gavin the manager had organised our emergency appointment at very short notice which we appreciated.Highly recommend this garage for its care and consideration of its customers.
I have used this branch many times over the years. They have always been responsive to my needs and on one recent occasion going above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend.
