Heathfield Caravan Park

Heathfield Caravan Park is a great location for exploring the Dales.(we had a car) We spent 4 nights in the touring field. The site is peaceful with a couple of dog walking areas,The toilet and shower blocks are excellent with under floor heating . There’s even a dog wash area ,There’s a small shop for the basics and a Library space for all books from walking to novels and large selection dvds to borrow

Fantastic campsite with the best showers, loos, so clean, modern and warm. Small site, very quiet and a few minutes into town, pubs etc. Great dog walking field behind the campsite, everything really well maintained. Owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. 100% recommend to others.

Heathfield is a great location for exploring the Dales. We spent 5 nights in the touring field. We are two families with kids and a dog. The site is peaceful and well-run with enough space for the kids to play and a couple of dog walking zones. The shower blocks are excellent. Family shower rooms with under floor heating and all the required elements that takes away the usual inconveniences of getting the kids showered. There’s even a dog shower outside. There’s a small shop for the basics and a lovely little library space for borrowing books and dvds. This is a family run site that has been passed down through the generations and it shows. Max and Hannah are the current custodians and they are always around to ensure you have everything that is needed. A lovely family site with a hint of luxury 😀

Having just toured various parts of England for 2 weeks this site by far had the best facilities for tourers, the toilets and showers were on par with hotel standards, there was a dog wash area and it had a premium feel about the place, small reading room/library on site and small shop (not open the days we stayed sadly) touring pitches are nice and level and the grounds were well kept, short walk to a pub and plenty walks for dogs, 5 stars from me !!!

We stayed in the touring section so cannot comment on the quality of the caravans etc. Location is amazing, short walk to Pately Bridge, pub at the end of the road. Facilities are the best I have ever experienced 10 out of 5!
