Ive recently had a few sessions with Sonia after a road traffic accident made an existing back injury flare up. Ive been to physiotherapy numerous times in the past with little success but Sonia has done a fantastic job in the 6 sessions we have had. I wouldn't say I'm a spring chicken again but insurance companies will only go so far. For this reason i shall be resuming my sessions with Sonia as i have total faith in her fantastic work.

Cannot recommend Hebden Bridge Physio highly enough. Sonia is friendly, knowledgeable, skilled. She offers good explanations, treatments including acupuncture and lots of advice for exercises for self-help.
