PLEASE READ. STAY WELL AWAY!!! Honestly I wish I never went here. Nothing but hassle it all is too good to be true decent prices but nightmare to deal with. So we viewed our car on trip adviser 4.3 starts(definitely not) we went and viewed this car it did seem okay we took a look it didn’t have many scratches or chips it wasn’t clean which didn’t seem an issue as they said they would clean it we live in Lancaster so it’s hard to go view it after it’s clean. There was a small crack on the windscreen which we didn’t notice when viewing (3 pairs eyes didn’t notice) a lot more chips and scratches when arrived the back rear light was full of condensation and still is so seems to be a seal broken. The roof had no issues however when it arrived it’s all blistered and a poor paint job looks like spilled paint but you can’t see it when dirty. The car was down to having 2 keys we asked on the day we got a yes and it only came with 1 on the day we called to ask and he said he would look for it we checked their site and every Mercedes has 2 keys in description now so not a coincident, we tried many people and it it was a dealership only and our quote was £500!!! We were told the hpi was all clear. However after finding all this out we checked it and their was mileage discrepancy for around 6,000 extra on the clock. The screen wash was working it now all of a sudden doesn’t work after 3 weeks been told it is blocked. The breaks had been changed but are making a whaling noise which we was told they had not been installed correctly. The navigation system card wasn’t there we never knew this was a thing this is our second car so technology had changed. We have driven around 2,000 miles maximum and now we have a A3 service advisor on our screen. We were waiting for the car logbook and it didn’t turn up we called dvla and the car was still registered to the old owner 4 weeks after payment. Over it took me 2 weeks of 2 calls a day to this company to try and resolve it the best I got was £300 on a 9,700£ Mercedes a class now considering everything I have mentioned we are around 1,000-1,500£ and a lot of time lost. We have been left feeling completely scammed and exhausted from all this hassle. There is probably a lot more that I have forgot to mention but Please spend your money elsewhere

Absolutely 5 stars for this car dealers. All staff helpful polite and patient. The car I chose was valeted and ready to drive away the next day. They even gave me a good offer for my old car. If I could offer more than 5 stars I would give them a 10.!!

Bought a car from them in Feb. Felt very rushed and pressured throughout the whole process. The warranty was mentioned but then only after signing the papers said it was only gearbox and engine for 60 days. They gave me no help with the tax forms and didn’t give me the slip for new ownership so I was incredibly anxious about the ownership until the logbook came a month later. Since then I have had multiple issues with the car and I am not going to be able to keep it for much longer due to these issues. These issues and the prices to fix them (roughly) 1. Clutch and brake pads (£1000) 2. Air con gas (£120) 3. Air con pipe (£340) 4. New tyres as 3 have a slow puncture (£150 each) 5. Tyre pressure monitor system (£400). So altogether after paying almost £5000 for this car I need to spend £2310 to make this car safe to drive. After trying to contact the owners about all these issues and my log book not coming within the first month they would fob me off and tell me they’d ring me back to which I would just get ignored. I’m very lucky I was able to pay cash so I don’t have to deal with a finance company but do not go to this dealership as they do not care about you at all especially once they have your money. Car was also NOT cleaned and was full of past owners rubbish still! Thought it would have been cleaned before I bought it as I gave a few days warning but nope, only realised when I had bought it and was in a rush so needed to leave but DO NOT GO HERE

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Couldn't have been more helpful, I'm very happy with the service and the car. Exceptionally clean operation, these guys don't mess about.
