I dont live in the area but had a number of parcels to drop off so went here. The drop off was actually fast and efficient however there were parcels everywhere covering tops, covering floors, in pathways, you simple couldn't move. Such a trip and fire hazard. Once I had my parcel scanned I asked the lady if I can help by carrying it somewhere as it was large and she just said out the back pointing sideways so I opened the door to a mountain of more parcels covering a stairwell, not a step was left empty. One elderly lady was in there at the time and she said she had confirmation her parcel was there for collection but she had been 3 times and they couldn't find it, its no surprise the mess they were in but fancy making an elderly lady with a stick come back 3 times because they can't organise themselves. Its very clear they have taken on far too much than they have room and time for with all the parcel drop off companies. EDIT... MY PARCEL WAS DELAYED 5 DAYS AS COULDNT BE FOUND
