We had a new bathroom fitted in September last year and knowing the quality of Porcelanosa products went there for our floor and wall tiles as well as ordering the mirror, sink and vanity unit and latterly a matching wall storage cupboard. Throughout the choosing and ordering of the products Paige Baxter's advice and service was second to none. She was able to guide us in our choice of colours, materials and showed great expertise in planning the look of the room when we were unsure. Her contribution to the look of the bathroom and coordination in ordering and supplying the materials made the whole process go seamlessly and for that we are very grateful. We found the staff at Porcelanosa very pleasant to deal with. We were looked after very well by Paige Baxter at the Sheffield store. She kept us informed about all the details of the items we were considering and kept the quotation up-to-date constantly, even when we kept adding and subtracting items. We have not yet received the order so cannot comment on that part of the process but so far so good.

Outstanding Service from Paige at Porcelanosa Sheffield I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Paige at Porcelanosa Sheffield. I visited the showroom around five times before making a purchase, and each time Paige was incredibly patient, understanding, and never made me feel pressured to buy. As someone with ADHD, I can find decision-making overwhelming, but Paige was truly marvellous throughout the entire process. She gave me the space and time I needed, answered all my questions, and supported me without any sales pressure. On my final visit, she even showed me a 3D visual of how the tiles would look in my space, which really helped me make my final decision. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. Thank you, Paige, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive and enjoyable one!
