Had therapy for back post car accident. Was given what the physiotherapist call ultrasound but having enquire with physiotherapist what must have been used was ahead probe, experience full skin burn to my back exposing subcutaneously tissues. Wound became infected and presently having a course of antibiotics and steroids cream. Reported the incident but the management, they have the audacity to say his employee acted with in acceptable parameters and this cannot have happened. He the manager trying to cover the incident with fabricated excuses when the fact is as clear as water. Stay away from that practice.

We went with my partner who is new to the UK and has bad chronic lower back pain and a slipped disk. I was not allowed to go in with my partner to translate due to Covid. He was seen by an extremely rude and sarcastic doctor who mocked him and his pain. My partner can barely walk and is always screaming from the pain and all the doctor could tell him was "if you can't walk how did you come here" SERIOUSLY? Is that what a professional should talk to a person in pain? This is not an animal nor a sack or rocks you are talking about, this is a human life!!! Someone needs to take those rude and indiferend doctors for a mandatory training in how they should treat patients! If my partner could walk properly and was OK, then why on earth would he want to see a physiotherapist? Shame on you! They are lucky I wasn't allowed there, because this would have ended in an official complaint! No one should be allowed to mock and play with human life!
