Nick has been superb helping me with a running injury. Has explained things to me well, managed my expectations around recovery time and made sure I haven't delayed my recovery by taking on too much too soon. I definitely understand more about the mechanics of the injury now and by following his advice and exercises have made good progress surprisingly quickly. Highly recommended.

Had some work done by Nick over the last few months and am truly gobsmacked as to how well I am at the moment. Beginning of the year even walking without a limp was a goal that I was hopeful to achieve. Due to Nicks treatment, knowledge and advice I’ll be doing a half marathon next month!

Perfect! Very knowledgeable, caring and reassuring. I'd recommend the sports massage to everyone, as we all have a bad back/shoulder/leg etc! Spend less than you do on your car to get it fixed and feel 10 years younger!

I've got 35 years experience as a runner and turned to ultras a few years ago. After ankle pain I got an MRI which showed multiple problems with the tendons and joints, some age issues and some bio-mechanical. Nick has guided me through a long recovery process expertly. He has also encouraged me to stick with the plan when I have been close to giving it all up. I'm not yet back to being the runner I once was, although I probably never was that in the first place! Additionally, he is a great guy to chat to during treatment. I cannot thank you enough Nick.

I had an outstanding experience with Nick. I was only in Sheffield for a week but was really struggling with shoulder pain and wanted help ASAP. In a single session Nick carefully and thoroughly talked through the issue, gave me a gentle physical examination, diagnosed the issue and gave a very effective sports massage to relieve the pain. Wish I could have gone back for more, but the set of exercises and videos he sent sorted me out. And what a simply lovely man. Thank you Nick!
