Worst post office encountered. I only use this post office as it is the nearest to me. 2x lost an expensive parcel delivery through 2 separate occasions. Royal mail showed it was received by a staff from them showing their name but, when collected they said it wasn't there. Now I got a parcel for collection delivered friday late afternoon then returned to sender by teusday 10am. Not good for someone who is waiting for day off to collect parcel.

Its a great little post office that gets some challenging customer requests that can tie them up when busy. They all try their best and deserve a bit better than the current score. Much needed in the community and people would moan without them. Never had a problem be it posting something to arranging travel money.

Been into Hessle post office to renew my passport. The lady assistant was so very helpful renewing my passport digitally. No fuss of me filling in forms & having to get new photos taken. She did it all for me. Well done & well worth the £16 for doing it. I would recommend the service.

Horrible service. Women not helpful at all. I've just tried to send a form to DVLA. Haven't received even one answer to my questions. The only thing i've heard was that i've picked the worst day for it (whatever it meant). One decided to pass me to the other one while serving and went to put up some goods on shelfs which made me feel like im being slow and problematic. The other one kept watching me licking the envelop and seal it so afterwards she could ask me if i had put postal order in it which i haven't even known that i need one. (If i had known i would have done it). Very confusing and akward service. The whole time i felt like my presence there was a problem for them two and i should do a self serve :/ I've decided to leave and go to the one on the First Lane. No problem over there at all.
