Bought a used approved Range Rover yesterday, and I definitely need to leave this review for the service I received from Martin Thompson. He was extremely collaborative and helpful throughout the whole process, (even while he was out of the office). I was given a very good part exchange value for my old car. I came all the way from the South West to buy the new, and it was truly worth the distance for the level of service plus the condition of the vehical. I highly recommend this dealership.

Hey Kieran, I just wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you for the amazing experience I had when buying my Landrover Discovery 5 from you. From start to finish, the whole process was relaxed, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable. I was given a warm welcome by you and the team, and I immediately felt at ease. I was especially grateful for how accommodating everyone was while I was feeding my baby I was made to feel comfortable, with privacy if I needed it, and never felt awkward or rushed. The offers of coffee, snacks, water, and fizzy drinks were very much appreciated too! There was absolutely no pressure to buy, just lots of laughs, friendly conversation, and a very down to earth approach. You went at a pace that suited me perfectly, explained everything clearly, and were more than happy to go back and forth with management to secure me the best possible deal. The entire process felt smooth, calm, and stress free. I was incredibly greatful the way you stayed behind after your shift to keep an eye on my finance application and then called me the same evening (on a Sunday!) to let me know it had gone through. Following that up with another call on Monday to explain the next steps. You were also extremely understanding of my situation of being without a car for three weeks and made sure I was booked in for the very first available handover appointment. You worked around my school and nursery times, which helped so much. Life is crazy with five children aged six and under. On handover day, your patience and kindness truly stood out. I was struggling with sorting my insurance and was getting very overwhelmed. You stayed with me, helped me to keep calm, and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. When I had issues with my card while taxing the car, you helped me in exactly the same supportive way. You also went above and beyond by helping me put my private registration on retention and offering to help again once the retention documents arrive I’m sure you even mentioned making the plates for me too! ( I may have got this wrong ) The keys for my car where given in a beautiful box along with the lovely gift, (although as a personal joke I must admit I was a little disappointed not to get the garden centre gloves haha!). When you took me to the car, you helped me connect my phone, explained all the settings clearly, and reassured me that I could pop back in anytime if I needed help. That reassurance meant a lot. Overall, I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better experience or a nicer person to deal with. I will recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a Landrover and 100% come back myself for the next one! I would also like to say a massive thank you to everyone involved in the sale and to all the members of staff who acknowledged me and my baby. Every interaction was warm, kind, and welcoming, and it truly made a difference to my experience. If there is a showroom manager I can contact, I would be more than happy to personally express how amazing the whole team are. Kieran, you are a real credit to the company. The level of care at JLR Hull is the best I have ever experienced. Pure professionals. Everything about this Dealership is spot on! Chris Sowerby (Saleman) knew exactly the car we wanted, and did everything in his power to find one! Which i am glad to say he did, when we saw the video he presented for us of the car, we fell on love with it. We then went to view it before it was cleaned up, (which we wanted) we pointed out all the little scratches etc, and extras we required fitting onto the car! Nothing was too much for them, when we went down to see it after it was cleaned and valeted, it looked like a brand new car, we agreed a price after negotiating, and I assure you I am not easily pleased, but in the end we agreed a price and the rest is history. I cant thank them enough! Thanks Chris ....Ian

First time using the dealership for a scheduled oil service in my 74 plate Discovery. Comfortable surroundings to wait with coffee, snacks and wifi etc (took about 2.5 hrs) .Genuinely friendly staff - Bella oversaw the booking, Charlotte sent a lovely video of the vehicle health check and Dave did a fabulous job with the complimentary post service mini valet (thanks it needed it!). The high level of service provided good value for money and I will happily use the dealership going forward for any other service needs. Recommended.
