I cannot recommend the team at JCT600 highly enough, specifically Dan, who truly went above and beyond to assist me. We encountered some initial issues, but believe that the true measure of a company is not just in the service they provide when everything goes right, but in how they handle things when they don't! JCT600 excelled in this regard. Dan handled the situation both promptly and professionally, ensuring that every concern was addressed and resolved. His support was greatly appreciated and helped move things forward on a positive note. It is rare to find this level of dedicated customer care, and it has given me great confidence in the brand. Thank you to Dan and the whole team at JCT600.
Thanks to the team especially Derek and Michelle. No pressure, great deal it was the most stress free car buy I've ever done. Cannot recommend them enough. Kept me informed of expected delivery and helped me set up on the day. Great customer service from start to finish.
On the whole, not a great experience. I booked for a service. The booking service was good however at the service neither engine coolant nor screen wash were topped up and both were low. I brought this to the attention of reception a few days later who explained that neither are part of a service! I was more than shocked! Having used both Marshalls and Vertu in the past where both of them do a full service, be assured I won’t be using JCT600 again.
I purchased a Golf GTD that unfortunately suffered from a significant vibration at motorway speeds from day one. The initial diagnostic process was challenging, with JCT600 being unable to fix the issue after 2 seperate inspections. After escalating the matter to the Sales Manager (Scott) and the Service Manager (Shaun), I was provided with a brand-new 2025 Golf R-Line courtesy car while a thorough investigation took place. The root cause was eventually identified: both rear tyres contained emergency liquid sealant. This had been missed during the pre-sale checks, the "Approved Used" inspections, and two subsequent inspections. Shaun personally road-tested the vehicle to verify the fix and offered a sincere apology. The dealership replaced both rear tyres and refunded the £40 I spent on an independent diagnosis. I have now collected the car and it is running perfectly. While the initial journey was frustrating, once I'd raised my frustration and concerns to Scott the matter was resolved smoothly. I am now happy with the vehicle and the final support provided.
I have bought my second T-Roc in February at Volkswagen JCT600 in Hull and was lucky enough to be support by Emma and Mo. They were incredibly thorough and professional, explained everything to me in great details and as many times as I needed as being foreign I sometimes needs thing said to me a trillion times. They have checked in on me multiple times after the purchase and have always been super quick to help and support me with my choices. Very happy with this team at Hull.
