I damaged my front nearside wheel, after having a very informative chat with Luke, I arranged recovery and delivery. My car was fixed and back on the road, after replacing the wheel (which needed to be ordered), tyre and trim, along with a safety check, in 5 days. Brilliant service and very good work. Thanks to all involved.

Just recently bought my brand new 75 plate astra ultimate from this place. Even though there were a lot of technical difficulties upon handover, Adam Russell maintained his professionalism, ensuring myself (a rather impatient person) kept calm. His people skills were absolutely unmatched. He showed a great amount of competence within his job, quality checking my car ensuring it is within good condition, and walking me through the new car. I have no regrets with the purchase I have made. Evan Halshaw Vauxhall is an extremely good car dealership with a pitch perfect customer service. I must say that Dan was also extremely helpful and straight to the point. It is people like Adam and Dan (and even David Hannan last year when I got my 71 plate corsa) that keep repeat business for me with this place. Thanks guys. Make sure they get a good pay rise/promotion.

Useless. I took premium cover out when buying a car. (I wouldnt advise this cover its a waste of £1000 evans wriggle their way out of using the cover). Anyway supposedly this covers everything you can think of... well that would be brilliant if you could speak to someone to book the car in when there is a problem. I've rang more than half a dozen times only to be put on hold for ages and eventually hung up on. I've emailed to also try and book in and still not any good. Also when I bought the car it took 2 weeks for me to be able to pick the car up as it "was not ready" (I paid for this vehicle in full bare this in mind). After collecting the vehicle it took over 6 weeks for them to send the logbook to me. Only to find out they had lost it and had to apply for a new one. The company is a joke. Stay away from evans halshaw vauxhall hull.

Was so confused as to what car to get & did not want to be misold, frank at Evan’s has been amazing! I came in stressed & worried, left with a car that suits me perfectly! Contacted Evans Halshaw Hull West after seeing a car I was interested in! I was immediately sent a personalised video of the car from a very charismatic character- Frank. I received a phone call to discuss purchasing and never felt any pressure from Frank to buy the car, he explained the options, worked with me and my budget. Frank was friendly and made me feel comfortable and in control of the sale. Communication 10/10. Came in on his day off to do car handover. Would recommend x
