It took a call to book a visual inspection and I amended it as required online. It was great customer service with complimentary drinks. It was also a bonus that other customers seemed satisfied. The customer restroom was clean which always helps with feeling comfortable. Service was timely and comprehensive. I would definitely be returning to keep my car well maintained.

Bought a second hand car from here bits were missing but they sent a part through the post to me. It arrived soaked and was obviously second hand as was from eBay. When questioned the dealer I was told well you bought a second hand car you get second hand parts. That is not great after service. Still no response after emailing on email address given. Now to top it all now the engine management light has come on and shut the engine down.Engine under tray has fallen off and disappeared. Now stuck without a car and no response to my reply as requested. Also have been charged £401 for VVP that I didn't want. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. Update on car. Have handed it back a month ago as modified and badly repaired front end . Was told can’t be repaired and only now I’ve seen it advertised again on auto trader for £1000 more than what I paid for it?? I hope they tell the new owner of its history????

From the point of my first enquiry to leaving with my new car Marshall Honda Hull was super helpful and professional. They were very responsive and kept me up to date with the car including preparation, MOT and car history. They helped me complete a part exchange and explained the buying process thoroughly. Mark who assisted me was great and made me feel confident in my purchase, answered all my queries and I felt no pressure to purchase if it wasn’t the right one.
