The Hessle Grange Medical Practice

I came from peeler house surgery when it closed. I felt there were initial teething problems when I first came however I will say the staff and all the workers who work there are all very polite , friendly and very helpful. I like using the online forms it's so easier that waiting on the phone for 20 minutes.

Nice & friendly staff, located on the main road. Local shops in a distance. Bus service: Bus stop in walking distance, local service to Hessle from Hull interchange. Parking: on site parking for staff and visitors

Horrible service. Would NOT recommend going to this place. I don't come here myself, but my partner does. The past week he has been suffering with his chest, getting a sharp pain down his left arm and unable to breathe properly. He has tried getting an appointment here, to which the receptionist fobbed him off and told him they can't book him an appointment (04/09/2025 around 8am he called), they also said to Google his symptoms and to try and sort himself out at home. I've never heard anything like this in my life. If you want help and need to be seen at this doctors... DON'T. They are highly unhelpful and unprofessional. Why work at a doctors if you're not willing to help people who need it? Get a different job if that's the case.

Nice and quiet surgery. First time visit and not my normal surgery that I go to, but overall pretty good as far as they go.

Despite my wife and daughter both been registered here, and I live at the same address as them, and this being the closest surgery to my home, they won't let me in.
