ASDA Pharmacy

The woman with blonde hair and glasses is extremely rude with no customer service skills, it isn’t the first time she has been rude to me. The reason I’m writing this is because she was questioning my reason for getting free prescriptions because I was 18 and she said that meant I wasn’t in full time education. And waiting 5 days for a prescription is a joke especially if it’s needed medication. The only reason I use Asda is because it’s close to where I live but I definitely wouldn’t recommend or even use myself if I had access to a different chemist.

My daughter went to ask advice regarding a nasty rash she had.,assistant went to ask chemist to have a look but he wouldn't come and see her,so no sale for Asda,no relief for daughter .Was told to go to doctors, thought the idea was to save doctors time.Very poor Asda.

Do not collect your prescriptions from this pharmacy, the staff lie to your face and tell you they can’t find your prescriptions because they are too lazy to actually fully search their system, you have to go back to them multiple times/days before they actually decide to give you them. All of the staff are straight up rude and have no sense of customer service what so ever, many times I have tried to pick up important medication from here and get nothing but bad results when I try to do so resulting in worsening conditions because the staff cannot do their job properly and work a simple prescription system. If you need prescriptions send them somewhere else like boots, unless you want rude, lazy and unhelpful staff to serve you, they need to hire new people who can do the job properly.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for my prescription. I have my prescription going straight to Asda Pharmacy from my doctor's surgery. Very pleased with the service from Asda Pharmacy, Pharmacist and staff.

Absolutely rubbish service, Dr sent my prescription over yesterday, I went to pick it up today, they said it wasn't there, I went back to the Dr's who said it was downloaded by Asda at 9.22am, went back to Asda & there it was. All they said was that they had 50 prescriptions to look at so it got misplaced, took no responsibility at all. Staff were rude & pharmacist didn't care.
